PURCHASE PLANNING & BUYER
Qualification :

Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering, Industrial

Responsibilities :
Procurement of parts for the control of production processes
Negotiate pricing and cost control
Optimization of the ongoing costs
Develop local content project

LOGISTICS SUPPLY PLANNING
Qualification :
Male/Female, Single, Age: 21-25
Experience: Not Required
Min Diploma 3 Major: Engineering, Mechanical

Responsibilities
Monitor the status of parts orders
Prepare debit note to the line orders and monetary damage claim
Check receipt of supply parts and set goals
Preparing monetary claim for the custom clearance and forwarding change
Place an order overseas, MMO, and claims parts.

LEGAL ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Qualification :
Have 1 years experience in same position
Male/Female, Single, Age: 21-23
Bachelor Degree S1 in Business Administration (Management)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration concerning the Legal Office Group
Perform document management with the management of archives
Preparing for the completion of legal documents and archiving process
Manage the budget system in the Legal Office Group

HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities:
Implementation in the company’s HSE policy

Responsibilities:
Managing the development of suppliers to the needs Assy Plant
Identify inefficiencies in the production process at the supplier
Improving and making changes in waste reduction for cost efficiency.
Inspection and pemencahan problems associated with the production system and quality suppliers

LOCAL PARTS DEVELOPMENT

Handle customer service spare part

Responsibilities:
Development, improvement, and evaluation of the salesperson at the dealership.
Instructor training for the knowledge of new products
Development, improvement, and evaluation of competence of the seller.
Prepare instructions to salesmen and sales presentation materials preparation business.
Dealing with an award program for salesmen.
Management and evaluation process salesman database.
